Local Training Managers & Local Training Coordinators (LTM & LTC)

LTM & LTC across Veolia's projects in all business unites, are not only responsible for implementing the TNA process and ensuring employees attend appropriate training, but also act as a point of contact between Hub office and each site/plant, provide guidance and assistance to the operating units in developing training programs.
Internal Trainers & Subject Experts
They play major roles in different stages of training cycle. Our in-house trainers are not full time trainers. In order to ensure professionalism of the trainer team, L&D has developed the Trainer Development Framework (TDF) to provide learning path to our in-house trainers. The Framework consists of a series of advanced trainers’ program called ITCP (Internal Trainer Certification Program) over 3 development level aiming at developing "potential" trainers to "experienced" trainers.
